Free Shipping for orders $35 and over in the Etsy Shop
Sorry, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Ellemichelle orders are shipped using the local USPS post office. While we do guarantee orders are shipped out on time from the design studio we can not control what happens at the USPS.Ellemichelle Product Line (made in-house)
The Ellemichelle line is made in the design studio in San Francisco,CA. Standard shipping orders take 48- 72 hours to process before being shipped. Please be advised we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and/or National Holidays.
Return Policy
If you purchased your item from the Ellemichelle Etsy Shop you must make your return request on the Etsy website.
We understand it's hard to get the fit right when shopping online and we want you to look your best. When you receive your Ellemichelle package, please take a moment to try on all items BEFORE YOU REMOVE THE TAGS. If you wish to return or exchange a clothing item contact info@ellemichellestyle.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Shipping Label .
All returned merchandise must be in new condition, unworn, with the original tags attached. To request a Return Authorization email info@ellemichellestyle.com
We recommend you request a shipping receipt when you send back your package. Ellemichelle Style LLC will not give refunds on packages lost in transit without proof of a shipping receipt to Ellemichelle Style LLC.
All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
If you purchased your item from a retailer who carries the Ellemichelle line, please contact them directly for return information.
