Refund policy

 We understand it's hard to get the fit right when shopping online and we want you to look your best.  When you receive your Ellemichell package, please take a moment to try on all items BEFORE YOU REMOVE THE TAGS. Email info@ellemichellestyle.com  within 30 days of receiving your order to request  Return Authorization.

All returned merchandise must be in new condition, unworn, with the original tags attached, and be accompanied by the Return Authorization slip. To request a Return Authorization Slip please email info@ellemichellestyle.com 

Ellemichelle Style LLC will not give refunds on packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Ellemichelle Style LLC. We recommend you request a shipping receipt when you send back your package.  All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.

If you purchased your item from a retailer who carries our line, please contact them directly for return information.
